The challenge

Repeat customers had to rebuild their photo products from scratch each time, causing frustration and drop‑off. There was no way to quickly reorder a past product or update it with new photos.

Design a frictionless reorder experience that turns one‑time buyers into loyal repeat customers.

The solution

Order History Redesign

Redesigned the order history screen with rich product previews and clear reorder CTAs. Added a "refresh photos" option that lets users update an existing design with new images.
